Hyundai has revealed a refreshed version of the Ioniq 6 at the Seoul Mobility Show, featuring a sleeker front-end design while maintaining the streamlined profile of the electric sedan. The facelift introduces a more refined and aggressive look, particularly in the N Line variant.
One of the key updates is the redesigned headlights. Hyundai has replaced the distinctive lights of the outgoing model with a split lighting setup, consisting of slim LED daytime running lights and separate headlamps positioned lower on the bumper. The change aligns the Ioniq 6 with the brand’s recent design language, seen in models like the Sonata.

The N Line variant brings a sportier appearance, incorporating a large front grille and expanded air intakes, reminiscent of the Elantra N. Hyundai has also hinted at a revised rear bumper featuring additional black elements and showcased the model with distinctive silver and black wheels. The rear-end retains the LED light bar of the previous model but adds a prominent ducktail lip spoiler.
“IONIQ 6 has evolved from a single Electrified Streamliner into a lineup, each model expressing its own character while staying true to one refined vision,” said Simon Loasby, head of Hyundai Design Center. “Under the evolved design concept of ‘Pure Flow, Refined,’ we’ve enhanced every line and detail to make IONIQ 6 simpler and more progressive.”

The interior of the updated Ioniq 6 receives minor changes, including a new three-spoke steering wheel, repositioned window switches, and additional USB ports. Hyundai has not yet disclosed technical specifications or performance details for the refreshed model.
In addition to the standard facelift, Hyundai has provided a first glimpse of the highly anticipated Ioniq 6 N. Inspired by the RN22e concept, the high-performance variant features a bespoke rear fascia, a large fixed rear wing, and redesigned LED taillights. While Hyundai has not confirmed power figures, the Ioniq 6 N is expected to share the dual-motor system from the Ioniq 5 N, producing up to 641 hp and featuring synthetic exhaust sounds along with a simulated eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
