Dong Dongfeng EV EX1 Pro specifications : Everything You should know

Car manufacturers from China have spawned a cheap electric car again. The price is only Rp. 100 million. The cheap electric car is the Dong Dongfeng EV EX1 Pro which was just launched in China.

In its home country, the Dongfeng EV EX1 Pro sells for around 55,700 yuan. According to a Carnewschina report, this cheap electric car can reach a distance of up to 331 km.

This car is based on the Renault City K-ZE. The Renault City K-ZE is an electric version of the Renault Kwid, produced since 2019 by a joint venture between Dongfeng, Renault and Nissan.

In terms of appearance, it’s still the same as the Renault Kwid. Its dimensions are very compact, making this electric car which is claimed to be a small SUV suitable for use in urban areas.

The Dongfeng EV EX1 Pro measures 3,732 mm in length, 1,579 mm in width and 1,515 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,423 mm. Even though it’s a small EV SUV, the Dongfeng EX1 PRO tries to maintain a large space.

The Dongfeng EV EX1 PRO is equipped with airbags, showing that Dongfeng places driving safety in a significant position. Compared to similarly priced small EV SUVs in China, only a few models are equipped with airbags.

Dongfeng EV EX1 PRO can produce up to 33 kW of power. This car is equipped with a 27.17 kWh ternary lithium battery. Dongfeng officially announced the new car also supports fast charging mode.

Dongfeng EV EX1 PRO has six models with different prices from as low as 55,700 RMB to 62,700 RMB. In general, the price is fairly cheap for a small electric car.
