Citroen e-C4 uses the Common Modular Platform (CMP). This platform is the same as that used in electric cars Peugeot 208, Peugeot 2008, and DS 3 Crossback E-Tense.

This electric SUV is equipped with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous electric motor combined with a front-wheel drive system. The motor configuration is capable of producing 100 kW of power, equivalent to 134 HP and a peak torque of 260 Nm.

Citroen claims that the e-C4 can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 9.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 150 km/h.

The motor is powered by a Lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 50 kWh with a voltage of 400 volts. In a single charge, the battery is claimed to be able to make the car run up to a maximum distance of 350 kilometers according to the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) standard.

Thanks to the use of 400 volt electrical architecture, the Citroen e-C4 battery is compatible with fast charging with a maximum power of 100 kW.

The battery can be charged up to 80 percent from an empty condition in 30 minutes using an ultra fast charging charger.

Citroen e-C4 is compatible with 11 kW three-phase charging which is claimed to be able to fully charge the battery in 5 hours.

Citroen e-C4 is marketed in the UK in three types, namely Sense, C-Series Edition, and Shine Plus. The price of the Citroen e-C4 starts at 30,995 pounds and the most expensive is 34,995 pounds.
