Chevrolet has unveiled the Spark EUV, a rebadged version of the Chinese-market Baojun Yep Plus, as part of its centennial celebration in Brazil. The compact electric SUV, introduced during a special event, is expected to be a key addition to the automaker’s lineup in the country.
The Spark EUV retains the design and technology of its Baojun counterpart, featuring dual 10.2-inch digital displays and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) developed by DJI.

While Chevrolet has not disclosed full specifications or pricing, the model is likely to carry over the Yep Plus’ rear-mounted 101-hp (75 kW) electric motor and 41.9 kWh battery, providing an estimated 401 km (249 miles) range under China’s CLTC cycle.
With a length of 3,996 mm and a 2,560 mm wheelbase, the Spark EUV becomes Chevrolet’s smallest model in Brazil. While the Baojun Yep Plus offers multiple body styles, including a three-door version and a pickup concept, Chevrolet has yet to confirm whether these variants will be available in the Brazilian market.

Chevrolet’s announcement aligns with its broader strategy to introduce 10 new models in Brazil by 2025, five of which will be major launches. Pricing details remain undisclosed, but the Baojun Yep Plus starts at approximately ¥93,800 ($12,900) in China, suggesting an affordable positioning for the Spark EUV.
Additionally, Chevrolet revealed a 100th Anniversary Special Series trim for the Onix, Tracker, and S10, exclusively for Brazil, commemorating the automaker’s century-long presence in the market.
