Zeekr has filed for its upcoming model, the Zeekr Mix, marking its second venture into the Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) segment following the Zeekr 009. China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) recently unveiled the latest list of models eligible for public comment before potential market release, including the Zeekr Mix.
The public comment period for the Zeekr Mix is scheduled from March 13 to March 19. This marks the final regulatory step before a model can be officially approved for sale in China.
The Zeekr Mix lineup includes two models: MR6471BEV02 and MR6471BEV04, both featuring single-motor configurations and manufactured in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, where Zeekr is headquartered.
According to its filing documents, the Zeekr Mix measures 4,688 mm in length, 1,995 mm in width, and 1,755 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,008 mm.
In comparison, the current six-seat Zeekr 009 model boasts dimensions of 5,209 mm (length), 2,024 mm (width), and 1,848 mm (height), with a wheelbase of 3,205 mm.
Powering the Zeekr Mix is an electric motor sourced from Jidian, a subsidiary of Geely Holding, delivering a maximum power output of 310 kW.
Both variants of the Zeekr Mix are equipped with lithium ternary batteries supplied by a joint venture between Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) and Geely.
