Zeekr has announced that its 007 GT wagon will debut in Q2 2025, not only in China but also in select European markets, where it will be branded as the Zeekr 7 GT. This marks a significant step for the company, which has already established a foothold in Europe with sales in the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

Although wagons have declined in popularity globally, they remain more favored in Europe than in China. The Zeekr 007 GT aims to cater to this niche market, offering electric vehicle (EV) buyers a premium wagon option with advanced features. Competitors in the European EV wagon market, such as the MG 5, have performed well, indicating demand for this segment.

The Zeekr 007 GT will likely mirror the specifications of its sedan counterpart, which introduced the second-generation “Golden Brick” lithium iron phosphate battery. This battery supports 5.5C charging, allowing a 10% to 80% state of charge (SoC) in just 10.5 minutes. Buyers can expect two battery options: a 75 kWh pack offering a range of 688 km (CLTC) or a 100 kWh CATL Qilin battery delivering up to 870 km in single-motor configurations.

All models are built on an 800V architecture and powered by a rear-mounted 310 kW electric motor with 440 Nm of peak torque. Dual-motor versions add a 165 kW motor on the front axle, achieving an acceleration of 0-100 km/h in as little as 2.84 seconds for the performance variant.

Highlights include a 15-inch OLED center screen, a 35.5-inch AR-HUD system, a 21-speaker audio system, and a panoramic roof. The 2025 model year introduces the Haohan intelligent driving 2.0 system, featuring over 30 sensors, including Lidar, and door-to-door autonomous driving capabilities powered by two Nvidia Orin X chips with 508 TOPS computing power.

The sedan version of the Zeekr 007 is priced between 209,900 yuan (approximately $28,900) and 299,900 yuan ($41,250) in China. While European pricing for the Zeekr 7 GT has not been disclosed, it is expected to start above €50,000 ($52,000).
