Electric truck manufacturer Volta Trucks has announced that it has partnered with the UK’s global refrigerated commercial vehicle body maker, Paneltex.
In the cooperation agreement, Volta Trucks appointed Paneltex, which is believed to be the supplier of cargo truck bodies for the Volta Zero 16 and 18 ton electric trucks. The partnership was announced at the CV Show, Birmingham, UK, some time ago.
In addition, in a step to innovate in the commercial vehicle market, Volta Trucks is also trying to provide better integrated solutions by increasing technology functionality and optimizing payloads through better cargo and cab/chassis integration.

Volta Trucks admits that the reason for collaborating with Paneltex is due to Paneltex’s expertise which has been presenting a portfolio of high quality truck body products for three years.
Volta Trucks Chief Product Officer (CEO), Ian Collins, said that the Swedish truck manufacturer is proud to have worked with the world’s best cargo body supplier.
“Our partnership with Paneltex for the application of cargo bodies is the latest in a long series of agreements with other world-class industry expert suppliers who will support us in our mission to bring the Volta Zero electric truck to market as quickly as possible,” he explained, Friday (27/5). /2022).

Meanwhile, Chris Berridge as Managing Director of Paneltex also said that since the establishment of Paneltex, his company has been at the forefront of all environmental-oriented innovations in the logistics sector.
“We are excited to work with Volta Trucks to produce better zero-emissions vehicles for everyone, while maintaining the commitment to payload, durability and excellence known as Paneltex,” he said.
