Vattenfall has agreed to transfer its business-to-business (B2B) fleet charging business in Germany to The Mobility House Solutions, an Edenred subsidiary, as the Swedish energy company refocuses on public electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The transaction forms part of a broader divestment of Vattenfall’s B2B charging operations in Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands.
