Vattenfall has agreed to transfer its business-to-business (B2B) fleet charging business in Germany to The Mobility House Solutions, an Edenred subsidiary, as the Swedish energy company refocuses on public electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The UK government has launched a consultation on a proposed £190 million Strategic Charging Infrastructure (SCI) scheme aimed at increasing electricity grid capacity at selected motorway service areas to support the expansion of ultra-rapid electric vehicle charging.
