Tesla is recalling 14,684 Model 3s in China due to a software issue that could have caused a crash. The recall applies to both imported and locally made Model 3s in China, the country’s market regulator said Friday. The recall was made for the Model 3 Performance produced from January 2019 to March 2022. 1,850 were imported vehicles and 12,834 were made at Giga Shanghai, according to a statement from the State Administration for Market Regulation. BYD officially launched the Han EV electric sedan in Brazil.
