Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Li Auto said cumulative deliveries of its Li L7 SUV have surpassed 300,000 units, just over two years after the model first launched.
The company made the announcement on its official Weibo account Saturday, noting the achievement for its five-seat extended-range electric vehicle (EREV), which debuted in February 2023. The Li L7 is currently priced from RMB 301,800 ($41,700) for the 2025 model year.

The L7 reached 100,000 deliveries in November 2023 and crossed 200,000 by July 2024, showing steady demand for the mid-sized SUV. It is part of Li Auto’s broader L-series lineup, which includes the Li L6, L8, and L9, along with the Li Mega multi-purpose vehicle (MPV).
Li Auto recently launched refreshed versions of the L-series EREVs on May 8, with deliveries of the updated models beginning this week. Updated versions of the Li Mega MPV, unveiled in late April, are expected to begin deliveries later in May.

Li Auto CEO and founder Li Xiang previously revealed that the L7 had nearly been canceled during its development phase in 2022, citing internal discussions at the time. “I originally wanted to terminate the L7 project in September 2022,” Li said in a Weibo post dated June 18, 2023. “Fortunately, several executives strongly opposed it.”
The milestone underscores the L7’s importance in Li Auto’s product portfolio as the company continues to expand its lineup and ramp up sales of its latest models.
