Lectric, a U.S.-based electric bicycle manufacturer, has launched the latest iteration of its XP4 e-bike series, introducing two upgraded variants with a focus on performance and utility. The new XP4 lineup includes a base model with a 500 W motor and a higher-spec 750 W version that offers a peak output of 1310 W and up to 85 miles (136.7 km) of estimated range.

The 750 W version features an 840 Wh detachable lithium-ion battery, delivering a top speed of 28 mph (45 kph) and torque of up to 85 Nm. The base variant, equipped with a 499 Wh battery and 1092 W peak motor output, provides a maximum range of 55 miles (80.4 km) and similar top speed. Both models support five riding modes—Eco, Tour, Sport, Sport+, and Turbo—giving riders customizable assistance levels.

Built on a UL2849-certified 6000-series aluminum frame, the XP4 weighs approximately 61 lbs (27.6 kg) and supports payloads of up to 330 lbs (149.6 kg). A foldable design allows for compact storage and transport, with removable pedals and seatpost enhancing portability. The bikes also incorporate a detachable TFT color display to monitor battery level, speed, trip data, and selected ride mode.

Lectric’s latest release includes additional component upgrades, such as the Shimano 8-speed Altus drivetrain—an improvement over the previous 7-speed system—and 20-inch puncture-resistant tires fitted with newly introduced 602 hydraulic disc brakes and 180 mm rotors.

Offered in grey, pine green, white, and blue, the XP4 e-bikes are priced at $1,299 for the 750 W model and $999 for the 500 W variant. Both versions are now available for preorder on the company’s website, with deliveries expected to begin on May 26.
