Genesis Motor UK has named Ohme as its new and exclusive home EV charging partner, expanding its customer offering with integrated charging solutions and support. Under the agreement, Ohme will supply charging units, provide installation services, and deliver after-sales assistance through Genesis’ retail network.

The partnership aims to simplify electric vehicle ownership and encourage customers to switch to EVs through a seamless referral process. Ohme will manage the full customer journey—from charger supply and installation to service support—while also providing training and guidance for Genesis retailers to help facilitate customer onboarding.

According to Genesis, fully charging a GV60 electric SUV with an 84 kWh battery on an Ohme device using the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff would cost about £5.88, providing a WLTP range of 348 miles.

“Ohme’s strong customer service ethos aligns with Genesis’ Son Nim customer-centric approach. As a result, we’re delighted to partner with Ohme for the benefit of our customers and our retailer network,” said Ashley Andrew, President and CEO of Genesis and Hyundai UK.
