Bollinger Innovations has signed an agreement with Ariel Fleet Holdings to deliver 34 commercial electric vehicles to two FedEx Independent Service Providers (ISPs) — Advanced Logistics Systems (ALS) and Springbok Holdings — for last-mile delivery operations across North Carolina, Virginia, and the mid-Atlantic region.
Under the deal, Bollinger will supply 30 Mullen THREE Class 3 electric trucks and four Mullen ONE Class 1 cargo vans. Ariel Fleet Holdings, based in Huntersville, North Carolina, will oversee the deployment and performance evaluation of the vehicles.

Jim Connelly, chief revenue officer for Bollinger Motors, said the zero-emission vehicles offer “powerful performance capable of handling demanding tasks,” adding that the collaboration will demonstrate the value of EVs in high-demand delivery environments.
Matthew Fuhr, president of Advanced Logistics Systems and a partner in Ariel Fleet Holdings, described the Mullen vehicles as “dynamic commercial electric vehicles ideal for various fleet applications.” Fuhr and his business partner Garth Mulroy emphasized their commitment to integrating sustainable transportation solutions into last-mile logistics. ALS has previously partnered with Virginia Clean Cities and secured a U.S. Department of Energy grant in 2022 to support EV fleet deployment in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Bollinger’s commercial lineup includes the Mullen ONE urban cargo van, the Mullen THREE cab chassis truck for last-mile delivery, and the Bollinger B4 Class 4 chassis cab. All models comply with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and hold certifications from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB). The vehicles are produced in Tunica, Mississippi, and distributed through a six-dealer network providing sales and service coverage across key markets.
