Mini cars are currently being developed by several car manufacturers. Despite its small size, this vehicle has an electric engine combined with advanced technology.
One of the automotive companies that developed this type of car is BAW. The Chinese company launched a model called Yuanbao, which is designed to compete with other brands such as Wuling with the HongGuang Mini EV model.
Reporting from Carscoops, Sunday, July 3, 2022, this new vehicle is designed with the proportions of two boxes combined with a simple style. The appearance also looks like a robot on the front which is pinned with two lights with a dynamic bumper.
Yuanbao measures 3,162 mm in length, 1,498 mm in width and 1,585 mm in height. For the legs, this model is pinned with small wheels measuring 13 inches with a wheelbase of 2,050 mm.
Moving to the inside, this mini car is equipped with a 10.25-inch dual-screen digital cockpit which functions to activate the advanced features in it. One of the features of this car is the connectivity system to support driving activities.
In addition, this vehicle also has a minimalist dashboard connecting climate vents, body-colored accents, and a glovebox storage net. As for the driver, there is an integrated button with a very simple design.
The complementary features of the Yuanbao car include a 360-degree camera, parking sensors, ABS, and hill-start assist. Even this model also has four seats inside that can be used for passengers, although the space at the back looks cramped and the trunk is small.
Talking about the engine, this new vehicle carries an electric engine with a capacity of 9.6 kWh which is installed at the rear. The engine is capable of producing 27 horsepower with a torque of 85 Newton meters. Plus this engine can accelerate to a top speed of 100 km / h.
Depending on the variant, the battery has a capacity of 9.6 kWh or 13.6 kWh, offering an advertised range of 120 km (75 miles) or 170 km (106 miles) respectively.
