Battery-electric vehicle registrations in the United Kingdom increased in February, but their market share declined compared with a year earlier and remains below the level required under the country’s upcoming zero-emission vehicle mandate. A study in the United Kingdom has found that a significant number of public electric vehicle charging stations may not accurately measure the electricity delivered to vehicles, raising questions about billing transparency for drivers.
