Volkswagen’s Elli Expands Charging Network to Over 600,000 Points Across Europe

Elli, Volkswagen Group Charging, has announced an expansion of its charging network, providing e-mobility customers access to over 600,000 charge points in 27 European countries, just in time for the New Year.

As a significant player in the charging and energy sector under the Volkswagen Group umbrella, Elli aims to strategically grow its mobility service business, focusing not only on network expansion but also on enhancing user convenience during the charging process.

The Selected Partner Network, introduced by the Volkswagen Group, is a key initiative aimed at improving the charging experience. This program features a carefully curated group of premium charge point operators selected based on stringent quality criteria. The network prioritizes optimal charge stops, high-performance charging infrastructure, and on-site amenities, such as cafes and restaurants, to ensure operational reliability.

Customers subscribing to the Elli Drive Highway tariff will also benefit from exclusive advantages, including lower energy prices. Noteworthy partners like IONITY Europe, Aral Pulse, Audi charging hubs in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and Ewiva in Italy are currently part of the Selected Partner Network.
