Tesla is offering interest-free loans on its Cybertruck through the end of June, in what analysts view as a move to boost sales of the electric pickup amid slower-than-expected demand and growing inventories.
The limited-time offer applies to Cybertruck orders that include Teslaās $8,000 Full Self-Driving (FSD) package. According to estimates, the incentive could amount to roughly $10,000 in value, based on current financing rates and vehicle pricing.

Tesla launched the production version of the Cybertruck in 2023, following a long delay since its original 2019 unveiling. While early reservations for the vehicle exceeded 1 million, the final production model debuted at nearly twice the originally announced price and with a reduced driving range.
The company had targeted annual production of 250,000 units at its Gigafactory in Texas. CEO Elon Musk previously suggested that output could reach as high as 500,000 trucks per year. However, data indicates that Tesla delivered about 40,000 Cybertrucks in its first year, with deliveries slowing further in 2025.

Tesla has since scaled back production and begun offering more incentives on its vehicles. Inventory tracking shows more than 3,700 Cybertrucks are currently available in the U.S., representing over $300 million in unsold stock.
The automaker has already introduced 0% APR offers on other models such as the Model 3 and discounted financing on the Model Y. However, extending such an offer on the more expensive Cybertruckāstarting around $88,000 with FSDāis expected to carry a higher cost.

The promotion runs through June 30 and is seen as an effort to reduce inventory before the end of the second quarter. Analysts estimate that Tesla is now delivering the Cybertruck at an annualized rate of roughly 25,000 units, down from the previous yearās 40,000.
While the 0% financing may boost short-term demand, the long-term impact on Cybertruck sales remains uncertain.
