British electric vehicle charging platform Paua said on Friday it will integrate high-performance chargers for electric trucks operated by Milence into its network, expanding its offering to fleet operators across the UK and Europe.
The partnership will allow Pauaās customers access to Milenceās strategically located charging hubs, including the recently opened UK site at Able Humber Port. Milence, a joint venture between Daimler Truck, Traton Group and Volvo Group, plans to deploy at least 1,700 charging stations across the UK and mainland Europe by 2027.

According to Pauaās website, its platform currently gives users access to over 50,000 charge points from more than 35 charge point operators (CPOs) across the UK. The latest addition will enable businesses running electric trucks to use the same interface for both light and heavy-duty fleet charging needs.
āThis partnership with Milence is a game-changer for the UKās logistics and transport sector,ā said Niall Riddell, CEO and co-founder of Paua. āBy bringing electric truck charging into our platform, we are making it easier than ever for businesses to transition to zero-emission transport.ā

The Paua platform will offer customers āfull transparency over costs and payments,ā the company said, helping fleet operators manage expenses and operations more efficiently.
While Milence is in the early stages of its UK rollout, it already operates locations in several European countries. Paua customers will be able to use their existing charge cards at Milenceās European charging parks, offering a seamless cross-border experience.
Paua describes itself as āthe UKās leading EV charging network for fleetsā and views the partnership as a key step toward removing logistical and operational barriers to fleet electrification.
