Mercedes-Benz is introducing significant price cuts on its 2025 electric vehicle lineup in the U.S. as it looks to recover from a challenging 2024 sales year.
The luxury automaker saw steep declines in sales of its EQB (36%), EQE (39%), and EQS (52%) models last year and is now offering substantial incentives to attract buyers.

According to CarsDirect, Mercedes-Benz sent a bulletin to dealerships on February 3 detailing unadvertised dealer cash incentives under the “Mercedes Incentive Bonus” program.
Some of the steepest discounts apply to the brand’s high-end electric models, including the AMG EQS Sedan, which now carries a $15,000 price reduction—approximately 10% off its $148,700 starting price. The AMG EQE Sedan and AMG EQE SUV receive discounts of $10,000 and $8,000, respectively.
Additionally, the ultra-luxury Maybach EQS 680 SUV sees a $10,500 discount, bringing its $179,900 base price down by about 6%.

The standard EQS 580 SUV also gets the same $10,500 reduction, equating to an 8% price cut. Meanwhile, the EQS 450 Sedan and EQS 580 Sedan receive $13,500 discounts, reducing their prices by 12% and 11%, respectively.
Mercedes-Benz has not publicly advertised these incentives, so prospective buyers may need to inquire at dealerships for further details. With competition in the premium EV market heating up, these price cuts could help the automaker regain momentum in 2025.
