Karma Automotive introduced the Gyesera, a luxury hybrid Extended-Range Electric Vehicle (EREV), at Monterey Car Week 2025, marking a significant evolution from the Karma Revero, the company said. Production of the Grande Coupé is set to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, with pricing starting at approximately $165,000.
The Gyesera delivers 566 horsepower and 546 lb/ft of torque, enabling acceleration from 0-60 mph in four seconds. The vehicle features a lightweight aluminum and carbon composite body with a Newport Grey Mist finish, complemented by exclusive design elements such as the “Backslash” fender signature, “Comet Line” hood vent, and 22-inch forged aluminum wheels wrapped in Karma-specific Pirelli tires.
“The Gyesera represents a bold step forward, combining striking design, advanced technology, and exhilarating performance,” said Marques McCammon, President of Karma Automotive. “It reflects our commitment to blending high-performance powertrains with software-driven technologies while offering drivers exclusivity and sustainability.”
Advanced technology integration includes a Qualcomm 8155-based Cockpit Information Controller, a Human-Machine Interface with adaptive graphics, Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, and Over-The-Air (OTA) capabilities with anticipatory diagnostics. Inside, the cabin features Moondust leather, Atmosphere Blue accents, and increased rear legroom, emphasizing both luxury and driver-centric design.
Built on an evolved all-aluminum space-frame architecture with carbon-reinforced composites, the Gyesera’s Hybrid EREV powertrain provides a 0.5-second faster 0-60 mph acceleration than its predecessor. The vehicle will be manufactured at Karma’s Innovation and Customization Center in Moreno Valley, California, alongside the upcoming Amaris GT Coupé, priced at approximately $200,000.
