Geely Auto’s Galaxy sub-brand said on Wednesday it will launch the V900 extended-range electric multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) on Jan. 20, following the start of pre-sales earlier this month.
Pre-orders for the V900 opened on Jan. 7 with three four-wheel-drive variants — Pro, Max and a Collector’s Edition — priced at 319,800 yuan ($45,840), 349,800 yuan and 389,800 yuan, respectively, Geely Galaxy said.

The V900 is an extended-range electric vehicle (EREV), designed to deliver battery-electric driving characteristics while using a combustion engine as a range extender to address range concerns. The model measures 5,360 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width and 1,940 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm.
Power comes from a 1.5-litre engine used solely as a range extender, producing a maximum output of 120 kW. Energy is stored in ternary lithium battery packs supplied by CALB, with capacities of 43.3 kWh and 50 kWh. Under China’s CLTC test cycle, the V900 offers an electric-only range of 220 km or 260 km, depending on the battery configuration. With a full fuel tank and fully charged battery, the combined range reaches 1,180 km or 1,220 km.

The V900 is based on the L380 MPV developed by Geely subsidiary London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC). The model made its public debut at the Guangzhou auto show in November 2025. LEVC originally launched the L380 as a battery-electric MPV in June 2024.
Geely has positioned the V900 within its Galaxy brand, which was upgraded from a product lineup to a standalone brand in March 2025. As part of that restructuring, LEVC was incorporated into Geely Galaxy as its premium MPV series.
