As the name suggests, the Wuling Mini EV GameBoy Edition is indeed inspired by the famous old school game console, the goal is of course to get the attention of the younger generation.
The Wuling Mini EV GameBoy Edition also gets four theme choices, namely Hurricane Phantom, Jungle Crossing, Party Sweetheart, and Interstellar Roaming.
Exterior
The exterior appearance of the Wuling Mini EV GameBoy Edition is more prominent than the usual model, thanks to changes in several parts. For example, the front LED DRL lights and different fog lamp shapes, the closed grille design with glossy black color, also the front and rear bumper designs and sporty side skirts. Behind it also looks more frightening thanks to the use of X-shaped LED brake lights.
In addition, the rim design has also changed as well as the roof rack and rear spoiler on the roof. Oh yes, there is also a ‘GB’ emblem on the left C pillar.
Dimension
In addition to the exterior, it turns out that the dimensions of the Wuling Mini EV GameBoy Edition have also changed compared to the usual version.
The length of this car stretches 80 mm from the standard 2,997 mm and the height is reduced by 17 mm to 1,604 mm.
Interiors
The interior is actually not much different from the regular Mini EV version, but there are some added accents. Like the red accents on the doors, AC vents, and steering wheel. There are also stylish carbon accents on the dashboard and silver accents on the center panel.
Battery
It’s not just the outside and inside of the car that’s different, but it turns out that some changes have also been made to the powertrain of this electric car. It now uses a lithium-ion-phosphate battery with a capacity of 26 kWh to power a 41 hp electric motor.
The difference is quite significant when compared to the regular Wuling Mini EV which only has 27 hp. Thanks to these changes, the car’s cruising range is increased to 300 km when the battery is fully charged, an increase of 100 km over the regular model.
