Huawei-backed electric vehicle manufacturer Aito has launched its second electric car in China and it comes with some decent features. This electric car is the Aito M7, which comes with several excellent features including extended range and eye-catching design.
This new SUV has even more reach thanks to a technology called Li ONE. Huawei and Seres together formed the brand and its launch follows the launch of the M5. The extended range technology combines its battery capacity with a specially designed electric engine.
Huawei designed and pushed the marketing of the M7, while Seres produced it. This new Huawei-powered SUV was unveiled by Richard Yu, MD and CEO of Huawei. The Aito M7 comes in three versions starting at around $47,765. The most expensive model with a longer range is priced at $56,727.
The rear-wheel drive version of the electric vehicle has a 1.5T range extender with up to 90W of power and a 200kW electric motor. The four-wheel drive model adds a 130kW front motor for greater traction. The acceleration of the four-wheel rotation model can be done in just 4.8 seconds for 0 to 100 km / h.
Reporting from Gizmochina (11/7), the rear wheel rotation model has a range of 1,220 km with a full capacity battery. On the other hand, the four-wheel drive M7 model provides an overall range of 1,100 km. The smart cockpit of this new SUV is based on Huawei’s HarmonyOS for a great driving experience.
Huawei says that users can access their phone’s apps directly from the center screen of the cockpit. Six exterior and four interior color combinations are available for the new Huawei-Seres Aito model. The partnership is only one year old but is expected to continue to grow.
