Chevrolet has introduced the Silverado EV ZR2 race truck concept, an electric off-road vehicle equipped with three electric motors delivering a combined 1,100 horsepower and 11,500 lb-ft of torque.
The concept vehicle, comprising approximately 98% General Motors production parts, was unveiled ahead of its participation in the Mint 400 off-road race, where it will compete in the Open Production EV class driven by Chad Hall.

The company highlighted that the Multimatic Adaptive Spool Valve is central to its off-road performance.
In addition to the ZR2 concept, Chevrolet has announced the forthcoming release of the Silverado EV Trail Boss, the brand’s first off-road electric truck, scheduled to arrive this summer.
