Zerova has entered a service and maintenance partnership with Comfort, appointing the company as its primary after-sales support provider for electric vehicle charging equipment across Sweden.
The agreement is intended to improve technical response times and ensure operational continuity for Zerova’s regional charging infrastructure, as demand for reliable EV charging networks continues to grow.
Under the partnership, Comfort will manage maintenance and service operations for Zerova’s hardware using its national network of more than 2,500 technical employees. The Swedish firm, which provides services across electrical, heating, and ventilation systems, will leverage its existing infrastructure to deliver on-site support.
The collaboration comes amid increasing industry focus on charger uptime, as operators face pressure to maintain reliability across expanding EV networks. Localized service capabilities are seen as critical to minimizing downtime and addressing technical issues such as equipment faults or system wear.
“Comfort’s presence and capabilities in Sweden help us deliver faster response times and reliable long-term performance for customers,” said Brian Huang, Business Operations Director at Zerova.
Zerova manufactures a range of EV charging systems, from 30 kW DC fast chargers to megawatt-scale solutions, serving sectors including commercial fleets, mining operations, and retail locations. The company said maintaining such systems requires specialized expertise and certified technicians.
Mattias Lindgren, Head of National Business at Comfort, said service quality remains a key factor as EV adoption increases, adding that the company is prepared to support customers with structured maintenance protocols and dedicated on-site expertise.
Local service operations under the agreement are already active, the companies said.
