Flexis, a joint venture between Volvo Group, Renault, and CMA CGM, has announced a collaboration with Prologis Mobility to support commercial fleet operators in transitioning to electric vehicles. The initiative will integrate vehicle procurement, charging access, and fleet management tools, with a focus on infrastructure planning and connectivity.
“Beyond vehicles, Flexis’ vision for the future of the industry is to offer clients a full range of services, solutions, and support for the electrification journey, including consulting on infrastructure and energy needs,” said Philippe Divry, CEO of Flexis. The partnership will provide customers with access to Prologis’ charging expertise, either at their own facilities or Prologis sites.

Prologis, traditionally a real estate developer, has expanded into fleet electrification through its Prologis Mobility division. “Without early planning, fleets risk delays and added costs. Infrastructure deployment takes time, and we help fleet managers navigate that process—whether they need a permanent charging solution or an interim option to keep vehicles moving,” said Henrik Holland, Global Head of Prologis Mobility.
Flexis, founded in 2024, plans to launch three electric vans—Estafette, Goelette, and Trafic—starting in 2026. Built on an 800V skateboard platform with a WLTP range of up to 450 km, the vans are designed to accommodate various logistics needs. Flexis has already signed letters of intent covering a potential volume of 15,000 vehicles over three years with logistics providers in France, Germany, and the UK.
