Chinese electric vehicle maker Zeekr has launched its latest smart driving system, the Zeekr G-Pilot, as competition in the autonomous driving sector intensifies.
The system features door-to-door smart driving capabilities and will be available in different levels to cater to varying user needs, the company said.

The top-tier Zeekr G-Pilot H9 will support Level 3 autonomous driving and will debut on the Zeekr 9X, which integrates dual Nvidia Drive AGX Thor chips delivering up to 1,400 TOPS of computing power.
The Zeekr 9X will be officially unveiled at the Shanghai auto show, with deliveries slated for the second half of 2025. Other Zeekr models will also receive G-Pilot functionalities through future OTA updates.
Zeekr highlights several industry-first smart driving features, including the General Automated Evasion System (G-AES), which allows vehicles to autonomously avoid unexpected obstacles at speeds of 80-130 km/h. The system also leverages AI-based large-scale model training to recognize irregular obstacles and continuously improve its capabilities.

Another key feature, Full-Capacity Vehicle-to-Parking (V2P) intelligent drive, enables seamless automated parking in any location. The system also integrates Zeekr’s recently updated map-free urban NZP function, allowing enhanced navigation in city environments.
