Zeekr, the electric vehicle manufacturer, has officially initiated deliveries of its Zeekr 001 electric vehicle in Europe, starting with the Netherlands. The milestone follows the company’s strategic announcement in April of its intent to enter the European market.
The first models introduced in Europe include the flagship Zeekr 001 shooting brake and the Zeekr X urban SUV. Zeekr initiated pre-sales of these models on June 27, with prices starting at €59,490 ($64,060) for the Zeekr 001 and €44,990 for the Zeekr X.

Sweden and the Netherlands will be the first European countries to witness the availability of these models, with initial deliveries anticipated within the current year. Zeekr’s commitment to the European market includes the launch of a Zeekr Center in Amsterdam on December 14, following the opening of the first Zeekr Center in Stockholm, Sweden, on November 16.
The company’s expansion plan extends beyond Europe, encompassing the Middle East and Central Asia. Zeekr is set to enter markets in Israel, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kazakhstan.

As of August 25, the first shipments of the Zeekr 001 reached the Netherlands, while the Zeekr X shipments commenced on September 17. Zeekr projects a presence in a total of six European countries by 2024, with further plans to extend its international footprint to eight countries by 2025.
In November, Zeekr achieved a record-breaking delivery of 13,104 vehicles, contributing to a year-on-year increase of 73.6 percent for the January-November period, with a total of 105,209 vehicles delivered.
