Yamaha’s TY-E 2.0 is a derivative of the TY-E. This bike uses a new monocoque chassis made of composite laminate. The kitchen spur uses a zero emission electric motor power unit.

No detailed specifications have been revealed yet, but the power supply uses a lightweight lithium-ion battery designed with about 2.5 times the capacity of the previous model.

Yamaha also did not specify the exact weight and only said “over 70kg”. For comparison, the Honda Montesa Cota 4RT260 Race Replica weighs 77 kg.

To note the trial motor is a motor with a special purpose. The exterior is more compact than a dirt bike for offroad. The dimensions are compact and the weight is much lighter.

The trial bike is not equipped with a seat. The motorbike is used to bulldoze extreme off-road terrain such as piles of wood, rocks, and obstacles to jump.
