Xpeng announced plans to open four XPENG Delivery and Service Centers in key European markets, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark in the first half of 2023.
These centers will focus on providing a positive customer experience with pre-delivery inspections, aftersales, and repairs. Additionally, XPeng will offer a comprehensive service agreement, an eight-year warranty for the vehicle’s battery, tire storage, and easy access to vehicle information through the XPENG app.
âWeâre establishing our first tier of XPeng Delivery and Service Centers in Europe to help realize our goal of creating a seamless yet unique XPeng customer journey, with customer experience at the heart of our offering,â said Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and President of XPENG.
XPeng will use remote diagnostics and over-the-air (OTA) updates to address potential vehicle issues, helping to reduce service wait times. The company will also open authorized service locations with dedicated partners in various countries, ensuring customers receive the same high level of service and care as at XPeng’s Delivery and Service Centers. More locations will be added across Europe by the end of 2023 to expand coverage. XPeng has also partnered with Danish mobile car service platform OmniCar to provide remote servicing for customers in Denmark.
In 2022, XPeng opened Brand Experience Stores in Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark, which attracted about 500,000 visitors and resulted in more than 4,500 test drives being conducted throughout the year.
