Xpeng reported record vehicle deliveries for September, continuing strong momentum in China’s new energy vehicle market.
The company delivered 41,581 vehicles last month, up 94.74% from the same period in 2024 and a 10.27% increase from August. This marks Xpeng’s third consecutive month of record deliveries.

In the third quarter, Xpeng delivered 116,007 vehicles, reflecting a 149.30% increase year-on-year and a 12.43% rise from the previous quarter. Year-to-date, the company has delivered 313,196 vehicles, representing a 217.77% increase from the same period last year.
Xpeng’s production milestones include the completion of its 10,000th next-generation P7 sedan, roughly a month after the updated model’s launch. The new P7, unveiled on Aug. 27, features a redesigned exterior, upgraded powertrain, and new smart driving chips.

The company said it received over 10,000 firm orders for the vehicle within minutes of its launch, with delivery of the milestone unit expected shortly.
The automaker is also accelerating its international expansion. In September, Xpeng announced it is entering five additional European countries — Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia — expanding its regional footprint.

The company has begun local EV production in Europe, with its first G6 and G9 sport utility vehicles assembled at Magna’s plant in Graz, Austria. Additional models are expected to follow, broadening Xpeng’s European product portfolio.
