Xiaomi has officially introduced the Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) in European countries, offering various improvements over its predecessor and a promotional discount for some customers. The new model, initially teased on the brand’s global website in March, boasts upgrades in motor power, range, and features.
The Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) is equipped with a more powerful motor, delivering 1,000W peak power while maintaining a top speed of 25 kph (~16 mph) to comply with local regulations. Riders can choose between three modes for varying speed preferences. The scooter also features a 468Wh battery, providing an extended range of 60 km (~37 miles), a 5 km (~3 miles) improvement over the previous model.
One of the key upgrades is the integrated display located in the center of the handlebars, which shows the rider’s current speed and remaining battery life. The scooter also includes 10-inch wide tires, a carbon steel frame for durability, and automatic lights and indicators for enhanced safety. Additionally, the e-scooter can be easily folded in half for convenient transportation.
The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen) is currently available in the UK for £449.99. In Germany, customers can purchase the model at a discounted price of €499.99, saving €50 from the €549.99 retail price. While product listings have appeared in France, Spain, and Sweden, the availability of the e-scooter in these countries and the launch dates remain unclear.
