Onvo, the mass-market sub-brand of Nio, has reached a major production milestone with the rollout of its 100,000th vehicle, the company announced Tuesday on its mobile app. The milestone unit is expected to be delivered this weekend, marking another step forward in Onvo’s rapid rise within China’s competitive EV market.
According to delivery data, this milestone will bring Onvo’s October total to about 9,721 units, following cumulative deliveries of 90,279 vehicles through the end of September. The brand delivered 15,246 vehicles in September alone, representing 43.9% of Nio’s total monthly sales of 34,749 units.

Onvo’s success has been fueled by two models — the L60 and L90 electric SUVs. The L60, launched in September 2024 as a direct rival to Tesla’s Model Y, has reached cumulative deliveries of 68,707 units.
The updated 2025 L60, introduced on September 19, retains its RMB 206,900 ($29,030) base price and 60-kWh standard-range battery pack, while offering improvements in range, energy efficiency, and cabin comfort.
Under Nio’s Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) program, the model starts at RMB 149,900 with a monthly battery rental of RMB 599.
