Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Nio reported total deliveries of 24,925 vehicles in June, marking its highest monthly total this year and the second-highest in its history. The result reflects a 17.52% year-on-year increase and a 7.29% rise from May, driven by updated model rollouts and continued growth across its sub-brands.
The Nio main brand, which targets the premium segment, delivered 14,593 vehicles in June. While this represented a 31.19% decline from the same month last year, it marked a 9.97% improvement from May. The recent refresh of key models—including the updated ES6 and EC6 SUVs and the ET5 sedan and Touring wagon—helped lift monthly volumes.

In the second quarter, Nio delivered 72,056 vehicles—within its guidance range of 72,000 to 75,000 units—reflecting a 25.59% year-on-year increase and a 71.18% jump from the first quarter. First-half deliveries totaled 114,150 vehicles, up 30.57% year-on-year.
While the overall trend is positive, the main brand’s year-to-date deliveries fell 14.85% to 74,445 vehicles. In contrast, Onvo delivered 31,862 units in the same period, and Firefly delivered 7,843 units following its April launch. Firefly’s affordability-focused battery-as-a-service (BaaS) program, introduced on June 24, significantly reduced starting prices and may help accelerate sales momentum in the second half of the year.
