Li Auto reported a significant drop in vehicle deliveries for July, continuing a downward trend as the Chinese electric vehicle maker navigates market challenges and prepares for a new model launch.
The company delivered 30,731 vehicles in July 2025, representing a 39.7% decline compared to the same month last year and a 15.3% decrease from June. Cumulative deliveries for the year reached 234,669 units, down 2.2% year-on-year.

Li Auto is preparing to begin deliveries of its newest model, the Li i8, a six-seat electric SUV, on August 20. The vehicle, launched on July 29, is available in Pro, Max, and Ultra variants and comes equipped with a dual-motor setup delivering 400 kW of power and 660 Nm of torque. Depending on the variant, it features a battery pack of either 90.1 kWh or 97.8 kWh, offering CLTC-rated ranges of 670 km and 720 km, respectively. All versions support 5C fast charging.
In parallel with the model launch, the company has been expanding its infrastructure. Li Auto recently completed its 3,000th supercharging station in China, claiming the largest branded EV charging network in the country. The network now spans 258 cities and includes over 16,500 charging stalls.

As of July 31, Li Auto operated 535 retail stores in 153 cities and 527 service centers across 222 cities. The company’s infrastructure expansion is aimed at supporting new product rollouts and improving customer experience amid intensifying domestic competition.
