Jeep’s 2026 Grand Wagoneer will be the first range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) in the United States, the automaker said, combining a large battery with a gasoline generator to extend driving range while introducing updated styling and performance enhancements.
The full-size SUV, Jeep’s flagship, now consolidates all trims under the Grand Wagoneer name, replacing the previous Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer differentiation. The 2026 model features a refreshed front fascia with a slimmer grille and full-length LED lighting, while retaining its spacious interior.

The new Grand Wagoneer will offer two powertrain options: a 3.0-liter Hurricane Twin Turbo engine and the REEV configuration. In the extended-range variant, a liquid-cooled 92 kWh battery lies flat under the cabin, with power delivered through a 3.6-liter V6 engine connected to a 130 kW generator.
Jeep said the setup extends total driving range to more than 500 miles. The SUV is estimated to produce 647 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of torque, enabling a 0-60 mph sprint in roughly five seconds.

The 2026 Grand Wagoneer will be available in three trims: entry-level, Limited, and Summit, starting at $62,145, $71,140, and $93,390, respectively. A long wheelbase option adds $3,000. Jeep plans to produce the REEV alongside its internal combustion counterparts at the Warren Truck Assembly Plant in Michigan, though pricing and production timing for the electric variant have not been disclosed.
Jeep described the new SUV as setting “a new benchmark in flagship performance,” signaling the company’s commitment to electrification in the large-SUV segment.
