A newly formed Italian club dedicated exclusively to owners of electric Porsche vehicles has held its first group outing, bringing together more than 130 participants and dozens of battery-powered sports cars.
The Registro Italiano E-motion, founded in May at the Porsche Experience Centre in Franciacorta, describes itself as the world’s first Porsche club focused solely on electric models. The initiative is open to drivers of the Taycan and the electric Macan.

According to Porsche, the club’s inaugural drive began at the Franciacorta facility and included 131 participants travelling in 73 vehicles. The convoy consisted of 42 Taycan models and 31 electric Macans in a range of configurations, including rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions as well as S, Turbo S and Turbo GT variants. The group travelled toward the Dreamwerk museum of Hans-Peter Porsche near Salzburg, with the event taking place in September.
Several vehicles featured bespoke paint finishes from Porsche’s “Farbe nach Wahl” customisation programme, including colours such as Fjord Green, Signal Yellow and Moonlight Blue Metallic. Porsche said some of the Macan models were configured similarly to “Sneak Preview” versions that had been shown to selected customers ahead of the official market launch.

The club was established slightly more than nine months before the drive and aims to bring together owners of Porsche’s electric vehicles through dedicated events and activities centred on battery-powered performance models.
