Hyundai will debut the all-electric Ioniq 6 N sedan at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on July 10, signaling the next chapter in the automaker’s high-performance EV strategy. The model follows the critically acclaimed Ioniq 5 N and draws heavily from the 2022 RN22e concept.
The Ioniq 6 N showcases performance-focused exterior updates, including widened fenders, aggressive bumpers, and a prominent rear wing above an integrated ducktail spoiler.
The sedan appears in Hyundai N’s signature Performance Blue paint, highlighted by red accents and lightweight alloy wheels wrapped in performance tires.
Hyundai said the Ioniq 6 N is engineered around three principles: “Corner Rascal,” “Racetrack Capability,” and “Everyday Sports Car.” It is expected to feature a dual-motor powertrain similar to the Ioniq 5 N, with 601 hp and up to 641 hp when the N Grin Boost function is activated, powered by an 84 kWh battery.
Upgrades will also include adaptive suspension, upgraded brakes, direct steering, and N-specific software features like a simulated gearbox and enhanced sound feedback.
Thanks to its lower ride height and aerodynamic shape, the Ioniq 6 N may outperform its hatchback sibling in dynamic driving. Full specifications will be released at the Goodwood event, which runs from July 10 to 13 in the United Kingdom.
