Hyundai has expanded its Charge myHyundai Preferred Partner Network into nine additional European countries while introducing a new Ionity Pro subscription package designed to reduce public fast-charging costs for electric vehicle owners.
The expansion extends the charging program to Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Poland and Slovakia, building on its existing availability in Germany, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Preferred Partner Network Expands
The Preferred Partner Network integrates selected charging infrastructure operators into Hyundai’s charging ecosystem, allowing customers to access discounted charging rates through the Charge myHyundai platform.
Customers subscribed to Hyundai’s Smart Tariff receive a 30% discount when charging at Preferred Partner stations and a 10% discount at other public charging locations compared with the standard Flex Tariff. Participating charging operators differ by country, reflecting local charging infrastructure partnerships.
In Germany, Hyundai’s Preferred Partner Network currently includes Ionity, Aral, Shell, Mer, Electra, Pfalzwerke, Allego and Fastned.
The Smart Tariff is available for €9.99 per month, while customers using the Flex Tariff pay a one-time activation fee without a recurring subscription. Charging prices are displayed before each charging session through the Charge myHyundai app or website.
New Ionity Pro Subscription
Alongside the network expansion, Hyundai has launched the Ionity Pro Package across all 18 European markets where Charge myHyundai operates.
In Germany, the new subscription costs €11.99 per month after an introductory period and provides a €0.35 per kWh discount compared with the Flex Tariff when charging at Ionity high-power charging stations. Like Hyundai’s existing Ionity Premium package, the new plan also removes charging session fees.
To encourage adoption, customers registering their first battery-electric Hyundai vehicle receive the Ionity Pro Package free for the first month. After the promotional period, the subscription automatically converts to the standard monthly plan unless cancelled.
Supporting Europe’s EV Charging Network
The latest expansion reflects Hyundai’s continued investment in simplifying access to Europe’s growing public charging infrastructure.
By integrating multiple charging operators under a single platform while offering subscription-based discounts, Charge myHyundai aims to provide electric vehicle drivers with broader charging coverage, more predictable pricing and lower operating costs as EV adoption continues to grow across Europe.
