Chinese luxury automaker Hongqi showcased its latest electric vehicles, the EH7 sedan and the EHS7 SUV, at the 2024 Paris Motor Show.

These all-electric models are now available for open orders in Europe, signaling a significant step in Hongqi’s strategy to expand into the European market.

Both vehicles feature a 22,500 RPM electric motor, allowing for impressive top speeds of 200 km/h. The EHS7 SUV accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, while the EH7 sedan accomplishes the same in 3.5 seconds, delivering supercar-level performance.

Equipped with rear-wheel steering and an advanced braking system, which boasts a braking distance of just 36 meters from 100 km/h, these vehicles offer precision handling for an exhilarating driving experience.

The interiors of the EH7 and EHS7 exude luxury, with hand-stitched NAPPA leather seats providing supreme comfort. The premium finishes throughout the cabin reflect the brand’s dedication to prestige. Both models also feature “iDCS Self-Adjusting Continuous Damping Shock Absorbers,” which ensure smooth rides across varying terrains.

Advanced technology includes dual-screen displays, a 63-inch AR-HUD, and comprehensive driver assistance systems, while fast-charging capabilities allow the vehicles to go from 10% to 80% charge in just 20 minutes.

The EH7 has a range of up to 655 km, and the EHS7 offers up to 600 km on a single charge. The models are priced at €49,999 for the EH7 and €53,999 for the EHS7, providing a competitive option in the luxury EV market. Hongqi is also establishing an extensive after-sales network across Europe to support its customers.
