Serial 1, a subsidiary of Harley Davidson, introduces the BASH/MTB electric mountain bike with a 529Wh li-ion battery and a center-mounted Brose electric motor.
The BASH/MTB uses Michelin E-Wild tires and the SR Suntour NCX seat post, but this electric mountain bike runs without front and rear suspension.
The BASH/MTB has the same frame as the MOSH/CTY, so walking on light off-road terrain is doable. But most riders won’t use the BASH/MTB in tougher off-road terrain.

“No fussy suspension to tune, no finicky drivetrain to adjust—just two wheels, one gear, and one purpose, to provide the most direct connection between you and the trail,” claimed Serial 1.
The BASH/MTB has a range of between 30 and 95 miles on a single charge. But one thing to note, terrain and driving mode greatly affect battery power which will also affect range.
The BASH/MTB can be recharged in under five hours and get back 75 percent of its charge in 2.5 hours.
The maximum speed of BASH/MTB can reach 20 mph. This electric mountain bike is equipped with four-piston hydraulic disc brakes and 203mm rotors for braking purposes.
Only 1,050 BASH/MTB units will be produced, of which 525 will be destined for US customers at a price of US$ 3,999.
