Geely Auto reported slower sales momentum in December, as the Chinese automaker posted a year-on-year increase but a sharp month-on-month decline, reflecting broader weakness in the domestic auto market toward year-end.
The company said it delivered 236,817 vehicles in December, up 13 percent from a year earlier but down 23.71 percent from November. The decline followed several months of strong growth, during which monthly sales had risen more than 35 percent year-on-year between February and October.

For the full year 2025, Geely Auto delivered 3.02 million vehicles, meeting its annual target. The company attributed some of the late-year slowdown to the suspension of vehicle trade-in subsidies in several Chinese cities starting in mid-November, which weighed on consumer demand.
