Volkswagen ID.Buzz is the latest electric car made by a German manufacturer that belongs to the Volkswagen ID family.

ID.Buzz will be VW's first commercial electric car to use the Modular Electric Drive or MEB platform.

Volkswagen said ID.Buzz will immediately be present in 5-seater passenger variants and ID.Buzz Cargo.

What are the specifications? Starting from the dimensions, the Volkswagen ID.Buzz has a wheelbase of 2,988 mm, which is longer than the VW ID.6.

ID.Buzz has a Volkswagen Type 2-inspired body with dimensions of 4,712 mm in length, 1,985 mm in width without mirrors, and 1,937 mm in height.

Thanks to its large dimensions, MEB platform, and good space utilization, VW claims the passenger ID.Buzz has 1,121 liters of luggage space.

As for the cargo version, ID.Buzz is claimed to have a maximum cargo capacity of more than 3.9 cubic meters.

Regarding power, Volkswagen ID.Buzz is said to have an electric motor that drives the rear wheels with a power of 150 kW or 204 hp and a torque of 310 Nm.

The electric motor that shares the ID.4 and ID.3 is combined with a Lithium ion battery with a capacity of 77 kWh.

Volkswagen says the electric van has a charging capacity similar to other VW IDs with a 77 kWh battery.

So the potential for the ID.Buzz battery is already supporting 11 kW AC charging and 125 kW DC fast charging.

Unfortunately, Volkswagen has not provided information on the claim for Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) ID.Buzz.
