BMW has just launched their new electric vehicle, the BMW i3 Sedan eDrive35L in China. This new sedan is an electric version of the BMW 3 Series and is claimed to have some impressive features.

The BMW i3 eDrive35L comes with a series of new technologies that make drivers and passengers feel safer and more comfortable.

This electric sedan has a size specification similar to the gasoline engine version, although slightly higher. The eDrive35L rear-wheel drive is powered by a 210 kW electric motor. The BMW i3 eDrive35L can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 6 seconds.

While the battery with a capacity of 70.3 kWh offers a range of up to 526 km. Of note, the performance metrics defined by the i3 eDrive 35L sedan are based on light-duty vehicle test cycle measurements in China.

Dual charging options (AC or DC) are available for the BMW i3 with the AC port located at the front of the vehicle. While the AC / DC port is on the back of this electric car.

DC fast charging (95 kW) can provide super fast charging time for this electric car. Users can charge from 0 to 80% within 35 minutes.

The BMW i3 eDrive35L electric car comes with a range of cutting-edge features including the Gen5 eDrive powertrain, a rugged suspension system and the BMW OS8 operating system. There is no indication yet regarding global availability and pricing for the BMW i3 eDrive35L sedan.
