Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) has unveiled a new fleet application designed to simplify how companies manage, monitor, and pay for electric vehicle charging. The platform enables centralised billing and real-time oversight of charging activities, covering not only DCS’s own Charge Now network but also charging services operated by several major automakers.
The system links individual driver accounts to a company account, allowing businesses to automatically handle payments and consolidate invoices. “Charging is billed automatically for drivers and payment is bundled for the company. Fleet drivers benefit from the same features, rates and brand experiences as private customers,” said BMW, which operates BMW Charging based on DCS’s technology. The solution aims to reduce administrative workloads, improve cost transparency, and simplify electric fleet management for businesses transitioning to e-mobility.
To use the service, fleet managers create a company account through Charge Now, while drivers register business customer accounts linked to their vehicles and charging contracts. Once accounts are connected, all charging costs are automatically invoiced to the company, eliminating the need for drivers to pay upfront and request reimbursement. The platform is designed primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) managing up to 50 vehicles, where fleet coordination often falls under administrative or accounting staff.
The new system supports multiple brands beyond BMW and Mini, including Charge.myHyundai, the Lexus Charging Network, the Subaru Charging Network, and smart.chage@street, as well as multi-brand use via Charge Now. Fleet managers can monitor all charging activities through a central dashboard, filter data by driver or time period, and export summaries in CSV format.

“With the new fleet features, we are addressing a clear need: companies need simple tools that save time and are ready to use right away,” said Petr Füzék, Lead Commercial at DCS. “This makes fleet management easier for fleet managers and helps make the switch to electric fleets even more attractive. At the same time, we enable company drivers to enjoy the best possible charging experience by fully integrating their vehicles into the fleet.”
