BYD ATTO 3 is the first SUV to use the company’s all-electric e-platform 3.0 and its first model built for the global market. In the Chinese market, this model is named Yuan Plus.
BYD said that the Yuan Plus is the first global passenger car to strategically target the global market. In Australia this model is sold under the name ATTO 3 at the same time as its launch in China.
Dimensionally, the ATTO 3, has a wheelbase of 2,720mm, allowing the driver to enjoy the extra space. the model has a length, width and height of 4,455 mm, 1,875 mm and 1,615 mm, respectively.
The ATTO 3 comes with a blade battery that promises advanced safety features and extended reach.
The ATTO 3 uses a motor with a peak power of 150kW and a peak torque of 310Nm, with an acceleration time of 7.3 seconds from 0-100km/h.
The ATTO 3 is powered by a blade battery with the chemical lithium iron phosphate with an energy density of 150 Wh/kg and is available in two range versions.
This model has a combined CLTC range of 430km with a 49.92 kWh battery pack and 510km with a 60.48 kWh battery pack.
