Brite EV Charging has partnered with GreenFlux to enhance Ireland’s EV infrastructure, starting with the deployment of new high-power charging hubs in Galway. The collaboration leverages GreenFlux’s charge point management software to maximize grid efficiency and ensure reliable, scalable charging services.
The partnership supports Ireland’s 2030 Climate Action Plan by promoting smart, low-carbon transport solutions for private motorists, commercial fleets, and the tourism sector. The initiative emphasizes intelligent grid management to expand charging capacity without extensive infrastructure duplication, aligning with Galway City’s smart mobility goals.

At the center of the rollout is the Brite Ultra Hub on Sandy Road—one of Ireland’s most powerful public charging sites. Operating 24/7, the hub features 1 MVA of installed capacity and 18 charge bays, including six 300 kW ultra-rapid DC chargers, four 240 kW high-power DC units, and eight 22 kW AC chargers. A second high-power site at Galway Retail Park complements the flagship hub, offering fast charging for shoppers, commuters, and logistics users.
GreenFlux’s intelligent charge point management system (CPMS) powers the network, enabling real-time monitoring, dynamic load balancing, and optimized energy distribution. Drivers can access the network through the Charge Assist app for live charger availability, remote control, and secure payments.
