BMW unveils color-changing exterior technology at CES at the touch of a button

BMW is rumored to be exhibiting a car that can change color at the 2022 Consumer Electronics Show. Not just presenting the iX M60 electric SUV, this German manufacturer will also introduce advanced technology.

The color changing feature can later be done by simply pressing a button in the car. But so far there has been no report on what electric car model will use this advanced technology.

Information about this color changing technology is still not publicly published. How many colors can be changed on this BMW car is also not known for certain.

This advanced feature can be applied to the BMW iX M60 electric car. Given, this electric vehicle has a high performance that is suitable to be supported by advanced technology.

For your information, the BMW iX M60 is rumored to be using an 111.5 kWh battery pack and the same dual motor as the iX xDrive50 2022. The same report explains that the iX M60 is expected to have more power.

The BMW iX xDrive50 itself is known to use a lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 105.2 kWh. This electric car will be able to produce power of 516 hp and peak torque of 765 Nm. It is estimated that the range of this electric vehicle can reach 483 km.
