Avatr Technology, the electric vehicle maker backed by Changan Automobile, CATL, and Huawei, on Thursday unveiled an updated version of its Avatr 11 SUV, less than six months after its previous revision.

However, after discounts, starting prices remain unchanged from the previous generation, beginning at RMB 279,900.

The SUV retains its previous dimensions—4,895 mm in length, 1,970 mm in width, and 1,601 mm in height, with a 2,975 mm wheelbase. The EREV variant, powered by CATL’s Freevoy battery, features a rear-wheel drive system with a 39.05 kWh battery and a CLTC range of 225 km. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and charges from 30% to 80% in 15 minutes.
BEV models use CATL’s ternary Li-ion battery with a capacity of 116.79 kWh, offering a CLTC range of 760 km to 815 km. The fastest dual-motor BEV model accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds. Charging times range from 25 to 35 minutes, depending on the method.
